copdb, 17 hours ago to acab Salt Lake City PD appears to have assaulted someone a couple of nights ago and we need your help getting details! We currently do not know where or when this assault happened, we also do not know who the initial officer is. The second officer appears to be Michael Buchman. We also first saw the video on 5/22 @ ~6:50 PM which means it must have happened on 5/21 or before. Any information is greatly appreciated!
