We had a bunch of #Habitrail for Zena; she had quite the setup. But she managed to let herself out of her #cage a number of times - the front door on the basic cage part could be sprung by pulling down on it in just the right way. So I ended up adding a #latch mechanism to it. We would frequently see and hear her trying to open it the "old way" that had worked.
I was chatting with dear Penny bun and her post made me wonder what the bedtimes of my other friends are. Do our piggy and bun and other friends like going to bed at the same time? My bedtime is 9:40 ish on weeknights but later on Friday and Saturday. 🌙 🛏️ 🐰
#Weird. Thinking back now, all of our #buns -- 7 plus 5 foster kits - all went to #bed at roughly the same #time, and that time is around 10pm. I'm like you; I go to bed at 10pm during the week, later on Friday/Saturday.
If I'm staying up later than usual, #Lena will usually get tired of #waiting and put herself to bed and wait for #toast in her #cage. [1]
[1] I generally close her up in her (large, roomy, and carpeted) cage at night so she doesn't #burn the #house down...
@mako I know a company that can make this cage for this fight that much more impressive. They use #boeing#fiberglass and #carbon#fiber to #fabricate almost the most pressure resistant diving vesse...#cage#fighting rings. Perhaps it is time to try fighting below sea level? It's 2023 for gnarfs' sake! We should modernize these things.
