By "high-end #gaming" if what mean is high energy/CPU/GPU consumptive gaming then they are probably scared of customers being disgruntled by hardware that breaks down earlier than expected?
We think such expensive gaming is probably better relegated to a separate machine than the "family" computer, but we might be in the minority on this thinking.
