It's taken me far too long in my career to understand one very simple negotiation 'hack': it rarely hurts you to start with a 'soft agreement' even if you think the person is an idiot.
The point here is that we too often push back too hard, take a stand too quickly, and force a confrontation when it's unnecessary. A more humble "you may be right" doesn't really hurt your argument, still allows you to stick to your point, yet encourages more supportive discussion. #UX#Negotiation#LifeHack
