So excited that I was able to write a blog post in #orgmode#emacs and publish it to my #classicpress blog from within orgmode! The new post ain't much to look at, and there's no content to speak of. Just a proof of concept. And it proofed!
@choanmusic the details are at the start of that thread, but basically it started when using #org2blog to post to #wordpress, #lilypond examples compiled to png, but uploaded the full page, not the cropped. Using dev orgmode solved this… but broke #orgroam
Why do you suppose #Emacs#org2blog would insert a plain empty P tag AFTER the footnote number and before the .footpara? Minor mode conflict? Bad choice of #wordpress theme? Past-life crimes for which I must atone?
I get the impression perhaps #Emacs#org2blog may be a dead project? The git pages are teeming with open issues and the instructions for css are ignored or stripped out in transit.
But it is SO close.
Or it could just be decades of accumulated cruft in my configuration. I'm guessing there are work arounds, like just plunking css directly into my #wordpress theme. That still leaves my footnotes all askew while the Two Wrongs blog continues to look beautiful 😔
