Does anyone know of an IEEE 802.8af or 802.3at PoE splitter with a 48V output? Ideally one I can buy in the UK.
I have an old Cisco 7940 IP phone I'd like to use in the garage and don't want to use up a 240V outlet on a 48V mains supply.

Boosts appreciated

Edit: I've found a TP-Link PoE splitter which looks easy to dismantle. I'm going to see if either the phone will work on 12V, or I can modify the TP-Link adapter.
