The founder at the time was at large but was later arrested and charged with defrauding their customers by spending investors' funds for personal use.

Safemoon Executives have been indicted by the department of justice and FBI.

Braden John Karony and Thomas Glenn Smith have been arrested, while Kyle Nagy is still at large.
