i think one of the things i like about sumo is that there's all these ways in which it's not optimised and won't be optimised because it's not about that

i mean it's not that it's not commercial because of course it is, and it's not because it's unchanged since whenever because of course it is, and it's not because of HONOURRRRRR or some shit because if you know anything about it you most certainly know better than that and if you don't then trust me, it's not but

there are an infinite number of ways it could be glitzed up and they

don't.

because it's not about that.

it's pretty fuckin' basic.

and i like it like that.

i hate the way nhk world dumps an entire weekend of all at once on youtube

i mean i'm glad they do it at all but it's like "whelp guess I'm not getting caught up" because getting caught up would absolutely be too many sumo

so i'm just all the way back on day six and that's all there is for it

anyway the oshoma / takarafuji match was fun, i liked that
