Woke up at 0530 today. Feel so energized with everything I have done until now (1230): drove wife0 to train station, worked, worked out 🏋️♂️ , and now lunch 🥗 - Looking forward to the afternoon and getting even more things done! ✅

@0xtdec That's a pretty darn good healthy routine, Thierry! Getting direct sunlight first thing in the morning is a very healthy habit. I try to do that too, walking the 🐶 I'm tracking my sleep with #WHOOP and trying to be consistent. Can definitely see when there is a drift in my pattern, timing change, late dinner, or too much 🍷 :blob_laughing:
