I actually like this. In Fallout 4 and Skyrim you could mow your way through enemies towards the end of the game, this might keep you on your toes more consistently
Hey all, so I’ve been playing around with habs, but have run into a major roleplaying issue: I cannot for the life of me find a hab with a bathroom....
I want to change the placement of doors and ladders in my ship, because their automatic placements are unnecessarily complex. Like, I have 3 floors on my ship, but instead of having one main ladder connecting all three floors I have one main ladder connecting the top two floors and if you go into one of the side rooms there’s...
I dunno, Fallout 4 on console for me was a mess. It would crash moments within going into the inner parts of Boston. So like, a good chunk of the map was off limits.
There’s a background that mentions implants and cybernetic augmentation/transhumanism (cyberneticist). I didn’t pick it, but it made me think implants were a thing in the game. I’m a good 24 hours in now but I haven’t found anything like it. Is that a thing?
I feel like Earth could’ve been handled very differently in game. I don’t think what’s shown in Starfield is a possible outcome within 1000 years much less 300. I don’t know if there’s an explanation given in game but it seems weird to me....
Nuclear holocaust doesn’t turn everything into sand or remove the magnetosphere though. There’s nothing that would damage the Earth to this extent within just 300 years, not even nuclear war
A weapon capable of that would be beyond anything ever devised, and even if the magnetosphere disappeared it would take many millennia for the atmosphere to be stripped away. Mars lost its magnetosphere 4 billion years ago and still has an atmosphere today

😱 I hope it’s not like that…

Difficulty bugged or am I bad?
I usually play Bethesda games on the easiest difficulty because it feels more realistic for enemies to die quicker....
Ship Customisation [Spoilers All]
Hey all, so I’ve been playing around with habs, but have run into a major roleplaying issue: I cannot for the life of me find a hab with a bathroom....
18+ [Spoilers] [early-mid main quest] I really wanted that ship
I landed on Earth to visit the London memorial shortly after my first interaction with the Starborn when they kinda made me tuck tail....
Can you define the internal layout of your ship beyond room positions or is that strictly automatic?

Nexus Mods Vortex Mod Manager
Has anyone used the mod manager by Nexus Mods? If so, does it work well or do you prefer to install the mods yourself?
Microsoft is killing WordPad in Windows after 28 years (www.bleepingcomputer.com)
I'm astonished at how well this game runs for a Bethesda game
Over close to 30 hours I have only had 2 crashes and no freezes. Is the curse broken?
Is anyone else excited for immersion mods on the console?
I sincerely hope they haven’t come out anywhere and said that they won’t allow modding for the console, or cripple it like PlayStation Skyrim.
Has anyone found if there's anything like implants in the game?

It would appear that space suits are, in fact, entirely optional for space travel (imgur.com)
Is anyone else having storage space issues on their Xbox?
I’ve been getting periodic “no more storage for saves” errors. Now it happened when all I have is one quicksave and two autosaves....
This post contains a minor exploration spoiler, but no story spoilers (imgur.com)

How long did it take you to first leave New Atlantis?
I’m still stuck there, stuck in an infinite loop of getting wrapped up in new quests.
