It regularly destroys my bird feeder, or knocks it to the ground, but when I go out to admonish it, the thing just comes up to me looking for peanuts. Hard to remain angry with something this cute, especially when it’s likely just hungry too.

Started adding some of my photos to https://pixels.com/profiles/23-john-gordon - but so far very little traffic looking at the photos.

Will try to get most of the ones I post here uploaded there too. So far, the most interest in the few there has been for the duck silhouette I posted a few days ago.

Almost taken out by a cyclist on the bay trail who seemed unable to get over to make room for a person walking a dog...

I am noticing a correlation between square meters of lycra and inability to act like a decent human being on a shared bike/walk trail.

Assumes the blood flow is getting cut off to the brain?

@schwa Was the same in SF when I was walking from the ferry to the office. Could always tell which ones were going to ignore the red light and blast through the crossing despite the pedestrians trying to cross the street. Honestly, I had more close calls with cyclists in SF than with cars.
