Ich habe das vorletzte Woche Donnerstag wegen meinem Fersensporn beidseitig gespritzt bekommen und das wechselwirkt nun heftig mit meinem #Antidepressivum Moclobemid (Monoaminooxidase-Hemmer). Ich habe seitdem starken Bluthochdruck. Ich war deshalb schon in der Notaufnahme, aber das Medikament von dort hilft nicht ausreichend....

God morning dear metalheads. Today for #slowSunday I'm having a classic #DoomMetal band. Again from the 🇺🇲 (Maryland).

It's The Obsessed with their song Freedom. They are strongly Black Sabbath influenced but they are anything but just a cheap copy.
Last year I saw them live and the old men were so incredibly good!

Wieder einmal muss ich hiermit ankündigen, dass ich mich zurückziehe. Ich habe es versucht, aber meine Energie reicht nicht aus. Ich kann auch nicht nur ein bisschen und an guten Tagen etwas mehr teilhaben. Ich setzte mich selbst unter Druck. Außerdem lese ich trotz der ganzen Filter noch zu viel was mich negative beeinflusst. Mir tut es so leid um die schönen Dinge und um die netten Menschen, aber mein interner Filter scheint komplett kaputt zu sein.

Habe gerade eine Dokumentation sehen wollen. Die fängt an mit den Worten: "Autisten leben in ihrer eigenen Welt." Ich musste verärgert abschalten. Ich weiß gar nicht richtig warum ich so verärgert reagiere.

Hello @AqiDrago and all music lovers. #TheSundayStarter on my side is 'Wilma's Rainbow' by Helmet. Since I had the honour to be on one of their concerts I love this band. I would like to buy a record of 'Betty' some day.

(I'm afraid this will be my first and last song today. I'm overloaded because of my #PMDD and #AuDHD. But it was nice to had at least one great song.)

For today's #SlowSunday I chose the song 'Cactus' by the Swedish 🇸🇪 #PsycheelicRock #StonerMetal band Skraeckoedlan. This song is from their first album Äppelträdet (The Apple Tree) which I like most. It's such an extraordinary music that I can hardly put into a genre box. Mostly I love such kind of music! Also the lyrics (as far as I could translate them) are very special.

Vergangenen Samstag hatte ich übrigens die Ehre einem Vortrag von Günther Hasinger, auch "Professor Hase" genannt, beiwohnen zu dürfen. Sein Vortrag an der Technischen Universität Dresden hatte den Titel "Das Schicksal des Universums" und war ein Rundumschlag durch die #Astronomie bishin zu den neusten Erkenntnissen und Fragestellungen, die sich durch das James-Webb-Weltraumteleskop ergeben haben. Als wissenschaftlicher Direktor der ESA musste er hinterher Autogrammstunde geben.

Today I'm a little bit late but since it's a #SLOWsunday... I think that's okay.
I'm still lying in bed 😅 but want to show you what I was listening to yesterday.

Ahab is on of my favourite (funeral) #DoomMetal bands. I had to cry a lot when I saw them live and afterwards I had to buy their album 'The Boats of the Glen Carrig'. It's a little bit less gloomy than their previous albums. So if you like music as dark as the sea you must try them.

I haven't been able to fall asleep since 4 a.m. because I can't stop thinking about that three weeks ago someone said something mysogynistic to me and I wasn't able to defend myself. Why is it so important to put people into imaginative boxes and then hurt them because of those imaginations?! I wish I could said this three weeks ago but once again I turned into stone and even pretended this persons statement was funny. #actuallyautistic

Ich bin so wütend! 😠😡🤬
Ich hatte im Hausflur direkt am Eingang einen großen Topf mit Basilikum stehen. Heute gehe ich raus und sehe, dass er mir übers Wochenende geklaut wurde. Kein Wunder, dass ich Menschen manchmal hasse. Ich habe vor einer Woche mehrere Stäbchen mit einem systemischen Insektizid in die Erde gesteckt. Die Pflanze sollte jetzt voll damit sein. Hoffentlich frisst dieser Mensch alles auf einmal als Pesto und muss dann ins Krankenhaus!

#SlowSunday for today will behold another #doommetal and #stonermetal classic. It's Electric Wizard from the UK with my favourite song Funeralopolis. Musically, it's just a bombastic song. But also it's lyrics are very special to me and helped me a lot when I sometimes started hating people again.

Dear @AqiDraco this song was posted by our friend @neurothing on a past #SlowSunday and although I've been a fan of Nevermore for a long time it opened my eyes to the huge beauty of this song. Now I have to listen to this song regularly and sometimes like today it is even the first song of my day.

Ich bin leider wieder in einer Phase in der ich mir keine Filme oder Serien mit expliziter Gewalt anschauen kann Ich bekomme dann Probleme wegen meiner #angststorung Da dachte ich, dass ich bei #zeichentrick und #anime eher fündig werde.

Denn selbst wenn da etwas Gewalt vorkommt, nimmt mein komisches Gehirn das nicht so ernst und die Angstzustände bleiben aus.

Habt ihr Tipps für mich? Ich kann schauen: Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube und die Mediatheken der öffentlich rechtlichen Sender.

Mein Partner ist jetzt fast zwei Wochen lang weg. Das behagt mir gar nicht, zur Zeit bin ich sehr anhänglich. Deshalb habe ich mir kurzerhand einen anderen hübschen Mann zu meiner Unterhaltung ins Haus geholt. 😉

In Wirklichkeit ist es ein bisschen weniger aufregend Ich habe mir die Xbox mit The Witcher III von meinem Partner ausgeliehen Und ich esse Früchtequark und trinke Müller-Thurgau aus meiner badischen Heimat.

Carex ist sehr glücklich! 🤩 Seit mehr als 10 Jahren kaufe ich mir Platten und musste sie aber immer bei meinem Partner und Ex-Partnern hören. Jetzt habe ich ENDLICH einen eigenen Plattenspieler. Ein lieber Freund hat ihn mir geschenkt, weil er keine Platten mehr hört.

Meine erstes Album das ich höre passt wunderbar zum #ThursDeath von @Buffer.
