Star Trek is a perfect example. Obviously, Star Trek Discovery wasn’t very good as it didn’t have a Star Trek feel to it, but if you don’t like it, you’re suddenly a racist bigot troll. It’s a badly written show with poor character development and a story that is way to drawn out. Star Trek is supposed to be episodic in nature. We’re supposed to be going along with the characters, not spending eight episodes on the exact same story. Even on lemmy they will ban you if you don’t love Discovery fully.
