Yeah, I get you. I started four myself and stopped because that's the most I could reasonably handle. I'm actually thinking of adding mods to one of the ones that is getting pretty busy.

I'm using liftoff with exactly this in mind, and it's not blending them. How do you do it?

Oh, I understand now. Yes, I have that as well, but I considered that a feature, not a bug. But the option to toggle that behavior would definitely be a good one.

Gordon Ramsay. But not in a way you might think. My partner got a more than life size cutout of Gordon for her birthday this last weekend and it completely freaks out our dogs. She pulled it out of her room this morning and they completely flipped out. It was hilarious but we put it away immediately as the poor dogs think we are being invaded by giant headed Brits.

Mostly my kids, although one of them is super into furry fan-fic and keeps sending me ridiculous things to read so I don't listen to him anymore. But the other three all tend to send good series to read, and we often will read them together and discuss the books in the family Discord server.

I'm not super into romance books when they have a ton of very descriptive sex in it, but despite that being the case for this series, I did actually enjoy the world building, characterizations (for the most part) and plot of this series, which is actually pretty graphic both for sexual content as well as for a rather grim world with a lot of violence as well: A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas

It's definitely not the best writing for sure, and it's got some rough spots, but overall I did enjoy it as a dark romance series (with multiple romances in it too!).
