I mean, if you keep watching these movies, and you keep getting disappointed by them, it is your fault. You’re still giving them money to make a movie you basically know you’re not going to like, based on recent data. Either stop watching, lower your expectations, or just always be disappointed.
Just got around to watching it for the first time tonight. We had so many people tell us we’d love it and need to watch it, so it was high on our list. Great cast, and it won so many awards....
Not everything is a conspiracy. Its fine that you didn’t love it, but is it really so hard to believe that others might have different tastes from you, that you make up a whole grand scheme with no evidence?
If more than half of a population has it, is it really a disorder? The disordered thing is clearly our society, but rather than fix that we medicate all the people having a hard time living in such a world.
We have the senate, which is needed to pass any law and gives equal representation to the states. We have the supreme court, which can strike down any law as unconstitutional. We have plenty of checks on mob rule without disenfranchising a gigantic swath of voters.
Fair enough, I feel like that’s especially true for Netflix right now, in my opinion. I’m really enjoying some of the Apple TV shows right now, like Silo and Severance, that are a bit “meatier,” intellectually speaking.
