It was an old '87 Pontiac Bonneville. It had a 350 and had some oomph. The thing was built like a tank. I loved it!
My favorite thing of all was the fact that it would automatically turn on the headlights when it was dark and this feature was called the โโTwilight Sentinelโโ.
I always thought it sounded like some epic fantasy novel or game.
See title - very frustrating. There is no way to continue to use the TV without agreeing to the terms. I couldnโt use different inputs, or even go to settings from the home screen and disconnect from the internet to disable their services. If I donโt agree to their terms, then I donโt get access to their new products. That...
Yep. I got hit with this this morning when I turned on my TV before heading work.
I thought to myself โโWellโฆ I hadnโt planned on suing you but now Iโm not so sure. Lolโโ
Yeah. This is complete BS and has me looking at computer monitors for a suitable replacement. I went ahead and agreed to their terms and my TV still works great but when it comes time to replace it, Iโll be damned if I get another Smart TV.
I can somewhat understand a company putting Denuvo in a new game until they recoup costs, I still wonโt buy it until then, but I can understand the logic.
Having said that, I feel it should be a priority to remove it once they have got their money back.
Like a dragon is several years old by now and they have games even older that still have denuvoโฆ
Iโve tried using it over the years but I never liked it because there was no information. So last night I looked at my local city and there is almost no information at all. I spent a few hours last night adding buildings and restaurants and removing incorrect items. It was actually kind of fun and therapeutic and I plan to do...
Hey all. Since the Internet has just been boiled down to the main big social media sites, it feels like the magic is gone. Whens the last time someone said to you "hey check out this cool website"? It's always the same: TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, FB, Reddit, Discord. Forums are basically dead. Chat rooms are dead. Message...
That looks really nice. It looks quite thorough as it handles many different services, though I am disappointed it's not open source.
I know that I had seen some open source programs or scripts that people used in the past. I believe when I checked them out they were hosted on GitHub, but I have long forgotten what they were.
Regardless it looks like this program will absolutely do the job, but I'm going to hold out for a few days and see if there any other suggestions.
I want to edit every single comment or post that I ever made and replace it with a single word or phrase. Then I want to delete my account and disassociate everything.
If you delete your account by regular means, if someone has a direct link, they can still view what was originally posted.
That is why I want to edit everything beforehand so if someone does happen to figure out a direct link they will not see what I originally posted.
I haven't posted anything bad. It's certainly overkill. I don't ever intend to be Doxxed (Does anyone?), but if someone ever gained access to my Reddit history they could learn quite a lot about me.
If I can run a simple program or script to tidy things up then I might as well.
I imagine I will be doing this within the next couple of weeks.
