@archliberal There are use cases but DLT with lots of nodes are generally really slow. I actually think the value would be for things like shipping and land regristries. Also maybe for international patent systems.
@archliberal@Neblib I did use incognito to retry this time. That is generally what I do if I want to do it again. But I have noticed the streak seems to randomly change even out of incognito.
Probably something relating to my VPN or one of the like 50 extensions I have on my firefox.
@archliberal People don't actually care that much about rule of law, they really just care about what effects them and the left really annoys them (which is worse than attemping a coup)
@archliberal@Neblib This is snowballing one. You kill the pig get a weapon and then keep killing and collecting weapons. It is pretty hard. Also I think the enemy behavior is a little wierd. I just realize I didn't kill a vampire at all? Maybe our levels are different this time?
It is 4-12 though #Rogule 2024-4-12

Stratch that I guess I just forgot to kill the vamp
I think Tradle is straight up wrong today. Like I don't know much about this "country" but I know a bit I mean we use the same passport, carry the same coin, and my tax dollars did fund their government. They are not exporting 328 million cars even as a reexport passthrough. Any explanations?
This is a wierd question but I thinking of redoing linux dual boot. My wifi card is currently broken so I am connecting to the internet by using my phone as tether via USB. This works suprisingly well with windows. Can anyone speak to using tethering with Linux?
It is on the arch wiki and there is a good shot it works but I only have one laptop right now and I really don't want to run pure arch.
@timesandseasons I'll keep this in mind. Fairly sure I could fix this by buying a new Wifi card but thanks for the heads up. I hope to never spent more than 30 seconds gettting drivers
@archliberal@Neblib I actually had quite realize the range was one but I did notice they were slow. I also know the dodge really well so I went for the ghost first. It takes only two hits.
@Neblib I think it is fine to have suburbs but don't know they are right for most people. Riverdale is nice and there is a place for it but I think cities could be denser. The impact of places like river dale is still a fair bit higher than the sort of housing you see in the estates of Hong Kong, Taoyuan and Tokyo so I think we should have the ability to build it but we shouldn't subsidize it.
"You know what this unwieldy, hard to coordinate army made up of a patchwork of soldiers with different cultures and equipment needs? A bunch of large, easily panicked wild animals in its ranks." -- every Hellenic general, apparently
@lieberal Do you know what makes a hard to coordinate army with langauge barriers even harder to coordinate? A reallly large animal running at them chaotically speaking the universal language
Given that indoor CO2 levels are a strong indicator of #COVID transmission risk (1, 2, 3) I feel like we should have laws mandating that public spaces have CO2 level monitoring alongside HVAC improvements if levels are found to be bad
Not just for COVID in particular, but our inevitable future pandemics
@archliberal Sadly drone strikes don't solve the drone strike problem. Do you drone strike hitler with 20 civilians? One nobel medine prize winner? What if the drone costs one billion per shot?
It was really difficult today to not go on a rant about the significant synchronization costs of a large mandatory in-person meeting without an agenda or evidence of forward planning. Somehow I managed just making this toot.
@Neblib Agenda don't need to be that complex to make life so much better. 24 hours before make an angeda, after the meeting put a brief summary, If it is really important do formal minutes.
