I just ran into the stupidest feature of iOS: no plain text paste.
No, I do not want to keep the hyperlink metadata for changing a URL in Notes. It sticks as well across ALL apps unless you manually replace the hyperlink by selecting the text in a "very specific" way.
It should not be this hard to do a plain text paste.
