I usually start with Food Wishes, Serious Eats, or the New York Times. Julia Child for French food, Just One Cookbook for Japanese food. Budget Bytes when the bank account is looking a little thin. Dessert Person when I have a lot of time and want to knock the socks off my friends.
Cut the steak (used rump) really thin and browned it in a cast iron fry pan in a shallow layer of oil. Once almost cooked, dump the cheese on top and put a lid on the pan so the heat melts it quicker. Turned out perfect
I think there were heaps of accidents this afternoon.
Maps was telling me 1hr30 by the westgate and 1hr10 through essendon. Ended up taking me 1hr 30 through essendon anyway. Can’t imagine how much worse the westgate would of been
Monday it only took 1 hr.
I’ve been driving due to bus replacements and I imagine heaps of people are too. School holiday peaks are usually pretty good otherwise.
Between the drive to the station, train, bus replacement and then final train/walk it would of taken me over 2 hours otherwise.
Even though I’m now subscribed to heaps of channels, my feed on ‘subscribed - all’ only seems to show me posts from the same couple of channels even though a couple of those channels are way less active then many others I have.
Anyone have the same experience/tips - doesn’t matter whether I set to new or hot
