@daringfireball@gruber is this headline an intentional misapplication of the analogy form? It should be horse is to carriage as content is to ads, unless I’m missing something. Each pair (x:y::a:b) should share the same relationship internally, but do not relate across the :: symbol. This reads “horse is to content as carriages is to ads,” which at least to me makes zero sense. Unless I’m a dummy and you’re operating on a higher creative level.
