So ein schöner Zufall: Habe heute die bestellte Jeansweste im Geschäft abholen können und sie gefällt mir in echt besser als erwartet. Ich komme zu Hause an und finde 2 Briefe mit Inhalt in meinem Briefkasten 🤩

Wow. Während bei Xing immerhin noch die ein oder andere interessante Stelle dabei ist, für die ich angefragt werde, ist es bei LinkedIn wirklich nur irgendwelcher Bullshit.

@thomas Tatsächlich habe ich alle meine früheren Anstellungen in Xing gefunden. Mittlerweile gibt es selten sogar passende Projekte.

LinkedIn ist in meiner Wahrnehmung eine reine Selbstdarstellung und für Vertriebler gemacht, die sich gegenseitig auf die Schulter klopfen wie geil sie sind.

TIL: Amazon liefert "teure" Pakete mit OTP aus. Das war es dann wohl mit kontaktloser Zustellung.

In meinem Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis sind es meistens Sparkasse-Konten, die bei der Kartenzahlung Ärger machen. Egal ob mit Karte, Smartwatch oder sonst was.

Bevor ich die Idee verwerfe einen Client mit Windows 11 per PXE zu installieren, hat das hier schon mal jemand ans laufen gebracht?

DHCP und TFTP stehen funktional bereit. Eigentlich fehlen nur noch die richtigen Dateien.

Per USB-Stick geht klar auch, ist aber uncool.

Freunde der gepflegten Mikrocontroller!

Ich habe nun eine Steuerung an meinem Hoftor, von der ich anhand des Status* eines Relaiskontaktes erkennen kann, ob das Tor offen oder geschlossen ist.

Was muss ich denn basteln, um diesen Zustand in Home Assistant verwenden zu können?

  • Relaiskontakt geöffnet = Tor zu

    Regarding the t-shirt: Do you prefer the logo to be on the front or the back of your t-shirt?

    I imagine it to be better readable on the back. (and on concerts, festivals,... You will probably be seen from the back most of the time?). On the other hand it might be incompatible to vests, jackets, hoodies,...

    What do you think?

    (I'll clarify cost for big logo on back and small logo in front) ;)

    **Hat die IT-Crowd hier eine Empfehlung für eine USV? **

    Sie sollte die Infrastruktur (Router, Firewall, 2x NAS, HAss) am Leben erhalten können. Nice to have wäre es den Eigenverbrauch der PV Anlage durch laden am Tag, verbrauchen in der Nacht zu erhöhen.

    Gibts da was fertiges, oder muss ich basteln?

    Urlaubsende!

    Um 10 Uhr mussten wir aus dem Ferienhaus raus sein. Nach einer entspannten Hunderunde gabs packende Zweikämpfe auf der Kartbahn mit den Kids. Während nun drinnen unsere Pizza to go gebacken wird, lädt draußen das Auto gemütlich mit 110 kW nach.

    Sonntag, es geht kaum entspannter.

    Spannend: gestern rief der Solarmensch an, anscheinend wird Samstag und Montag endlich die PV-Anlage installiert.😳

    Weiterhin spannend: ob wir die diesen Sommer noch nutzen können..😬
