Doing a meetup tomorrow morning, one of these detective around town things. In the evening, it's my brother in law's birthday so heading down there for jelly and ice cream.

My boys play FPS like valorant and overwatch where I play slower more strategic games like dwarf fortress.
I've been looking for a game we can all play together sometimes on the understanding that none of us practice outside of that time (they have a lot more time to apply to this stuff then I do, so soon accelerate away from me)

Good idea. I've not had as much time to play recently as life has been getting in the way but I'm currently working on a fortress of dreaming spires, vaulting bridges and a river cataract.
I mean, that's the plan for it anyway, currently it's just some boxy bedrooms in a cliff.
I've always wanted to build a fortress where there are two huge doors in a cliff face to get in, kind of like LOTR, statues up the side. Not sure how I'd actually go about doing that but it's good to dream!
