I got COVID-19 back in mid-February for the first time. I'm feeling a lot better, but I have strange lingering symptoms. It's April 7th. Tired and loss of focus by 2pm, and ever since I got infected, I've been smelling weird odors and having similar aftertastes. Not consistent at all. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?

Learn about the concept of pacing.

Basically, it means to recognise that you have a limited energy budget and should not go beyond.

Some people achieve this by monitoring the heart rate via a smart watch. Also, the daily amount of activity is limited.

If you ignore this rule, the condition might get worse.

@notes @longcovid Also, in my case it took a few weeks after the acute illness until the symptoms developed fully. It is 2 years now. I can work 4 hours a day. Last autumn, I had a reinfection which made it worse.
Wish you good luck. In many cases, it improves, even after months.

The fragment is too small.
Possible candidates:
Psalm 21,10 Du lässt sie glühen wie einen Feuerofen, wenn du erscheinst. Der HERR wird sie verschlingen in seinem Zorn; Feuer wird sie fressen.

This psalm is like a classical magic text against enemies.

They were sent into a furnace (Feuerofen) because they stood to the Jewish Lord and not to Nebukadnezar.

Then Matthew 13,42 and 13,50
and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

These are the most famous mentions of a furnace in the bible.

@ekknappenberger Kaindl edited his manuscript in Czernowitz, now Ukraine, where many Germans lived. He thinks it is from German settlers in Hungary, who came from Moravia (Mähren). The content is in parts pre-christian, congruent to the oldest German literature around the year 1000.

A detailed check of the text in Daniel 3: it is included in Catholic and orthodox bibles, but not in Protestantic Bibles.
It was not in the original book Daniel, but it's a later addendum in the Greek Septuaginta.

    @ekknappenberger I hope you can prevent somehow the second term for Trump.
    In Germany, the right extremists are constantly on the rise in election polls.
    But in the last two weeks, the middle class has taken to the streets in protests against them. This is in Berlin, a few days ago, where about 300.000 demanded "Stop Nazis!". This happens now all over the country, even in small towns.
    These are ordinary people, beyond left/right activists. I have a little bit of hope.
