Had a nice night out at the weekly draft night. Drafted an overly ambitious 4 color deck and was appropriately punished for my hubris, haha. Good games and chats with friends though!

Had a nice time playing some Sealed Ravnica Remastered at my weekly local magic meetup. Ended up with a pretty nice WB deck with some cool fliers and value engines. Met a new player too, so it was nice to make a new friend in the process!

The card I'm most excited to play from the new set is Laughing Jasper Flint. I play a Prosper Tome-Bound deck where the whole point is exile and play as many things as possible (deck go brrrrrrr).
Jasper Flint gonna be so much gas! I get 2 free cards at first and then even more as I play them? yes please!

Had a nice time at my first paper Thunder Junction draft tonight! Put together a respectable, if unexciting, UG big creatures deck that did alright. New set seems fun with a sample size of 1 draft, lots of cool little synergies. Got to jam a fun game of commander after too!

Snagged another 2-1 with this fairly medium RG big stuff list for my last prerelease of the weekend. Calamity was super sweet, but we got a little lucky for sure.

Racked up another 2-1 at the 2nd prerelease with a sweet 4 color pile of goodstuff. Never got to cast Oko! Got to cast everything else though, to great effect. Just couldn’t beat a 1-sided board wipe, haha.

Managed a solid 2-1 at my first prerelease of Thunder Junction with this aggro list. Saddled a lot of mounts and got a lot of damage in with the roadrunner. My pool was pretty shallow, but managed to eke out some wins. Good times!

Made it out to draft night tonight, and got to do some fun Mystery Booster shenanigans. Ended up in a sweet UB control list featuring Time Sidewalk, so I got to time walk a few people, which was great.
