Alright, some thoughts after the two Championship game:

1: Analytics has DESTROYED football. After watching Dan’s presser, my thought process is that 1: analytics said guaranteed chance of making it on 4th down and 2: he believed in Goff. Common sense is to just kick it, and that’s what I would’ve done…….

If I had no analytics. If I had the data said to go for it, and I trusted the QB, I would’ve gone for it.

And unfortunately more NFL coaches are falling into this trap

So, 24 hours since Threads launched and many here in Fediverse has already preemptively started de-federating Threads.

And anger is also aimed at John Mastodon himself, Eugen Rochko for encouraging Meta to federate Threads. So much anger that some users are calling on instances to Fediblock mastodon.social in retaliation.

If Eugen’s stances are to encourage Threads to federate, he needs to step down as CEO of Mastodon and let someone else take over…..

All throughout the year, Chiefs just looked so average. Especially after they lost to dominant Lions team, then to passioned Raiders, and to frauds Eagles.

They just looked TERRIBLE.

But, never underestimate them in playoffs. Period.

And now, they got a dynasty on the checkmark.
