Thank you! This strain (Black Widow from ILGM) smells amazing, very fruity and floral with just a hint of spice. It also gets you SUPER high which obviously is very nice 😂 I’m using it medicinally for chronic pain in my leg, and this shit right here is just what the doctor ordered. I’m super excited to have so much of it, once you start growing it ruins all street weed for you.

Totally, I started this bed with a bunch of mushroom compost, coffee grounds, and bone meal. At the solstice I’ll top dress compost and probably more bone meal, and almost certainly worm castings. At the end of the season I’ll do it again. I’m going to do a soil test next March to see what I need after that.

Definitely will try to source native ladybugs. My greenhouse isn’t sealed in any way, so that sucks. I’m sure I’ll lose some to escape. I agree about neem residue, I’d honestly rather not spray anything at all

I usually don’t let it get over two hours but I’ve made exceptions. I do have limitations on what they watch, too; it has to either have a plot or teach them something. Bonus points for something like the Wild Kratts (big hit at Chateau Bizzle), which has both. I don’t let them watch streamers or like kid’s YouTubers at all, ever, no exceptions.

That’s a great example of an intersex plant. I’m in the minority when I say that it’s not a big deal. Cut em, be careful, but I wouldn’t destroy this plant over it. The pollen will get neutralized with water so wipe down your tent between cycles

I take a pretty laissez faire attitude toward intersex plants indoors which gets me @ed with surprising frequency, I understand that I should not tolerate them at all when growing outdoors so I don’t seed someone else’s crop?

I think that’s probably the most respectful, but in honesty I doubt anyone else in my whole town is growing. It’s legal here but still pretty heavily stigmatized.
