@nietras Could be. The screenshot looks like VS profiler, what kind of measurement are you using - sampling or instrumentation? Maybe you could try to collect trace from PerfView…

@cwoodruff I use Database .NET (https://fishcodelib.com/database.htm) 99% of the time (minus when using isql from console) and for the remaining 1% I use IBExpert and FlameRobin.

For importing database I know Database .NET has a tool to transfer data, but I never used it myself. Usually I do it via scripts or purpose made console app.

Lesson learned. PoE exists in "Mode A" and "Mode B". My brand new switch is one and AP is other. That's why we can't have nice things.
