So what are your thoughts about physician social media influencers? I've been asked to give a talk by the ethics committee of a medical society ... and to expect a hostile audience. Apparently the committee has been receiving many complaints.

The Philippine Medical Association's IRR document for the code of ethics says physicians are not allowed to endorse health products. But I am being asked - Is the statement "Paid partnership but not an endorsement" acceptable ... your thoughts?

What's the difference between a physician being on a drug company's speakers' bureau vs receiving paid partnerships on social media? That's another question I'm being asked. Your thoughts?

@seav it's currently being debated in the medical community if disclosure of conflict of interest is enough. But yes, that's a first step to at least disclose.
