filister,

I think it is about time for the US to wake up and stop sending them weapons. If they don’t listen, then they should handle their own mess. It is just about right.

filister,

They also revoked the work permits for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, hence their agricultural and construction sector is struggling at the moment, and they need to import cheap labor force from other countries.

Plus the way they handle this war nothing good would ever come out of it.

filister,

I really enjoyed Dredge, Dave the diver runs also great on the Deck, but personally Dredge is more beautiful and controls are feeling more intuitive.

I also enjoyed The Forgotten City, the Long Dark, and The Outer Wilds.

Heck even God of war runs surprisingly well on the Deck.

The only problem I have is with shooters, because of the finicky aiming mechanism, even with the trackpad.

filister,

www.ochaopt.org/2023-movement#:~:text=These inclu….

And since I know a lot of you won’t click on the link, I will leave some of it here.

I think we can all agree this is not OK. Free movement is also a basic human right! Add to the mix illegal settlements, etc. I don’t think that any human being can be content with this situation.

In early 2023, OCHA documented 565 movement obstacles in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem and excluding H2. These include 49 checkpoints constantly staffed by Israeli forces or private security companies, 139 occasionally staffed checkpoints, 304 roadblocks, earth-mounds and road gates, and 73 earth walls, road barriers and trenches.

Additionally, 80 obstacles, including 28 constantly staffed checkpoints, segregate part of the Israeli-controlled area of Hebron (H2) from the remainder of the city; many checkpoints are fortified with metal detectors, surveillance cameras and face recognition technology, and with facilities for detention and interrogation.

Combined, there are 645 physical obstacles, an increase of about 8% compared with the 593 obstacles recorded in the previous OCHA closure survey in January-February 2020.

In addition, the 712 kilometre-long Israeli Barrier (65% of which is built) runs mostly inside the West Bank. Most Palestinian farmers with land isolated by the Barrier can access their groves through 69 gates; however, most of the time, the Israeli authorities keep these gates shut.

Access to 20% of the West Bank is prohibited by Israeli military order on the grounds that the area is designated as a ‘firing zone’ for military training, or as a border buffer zone.

In 2022, 15% of permit applications by West Bank patients seeking care in East Jerusalem or Israeli health facilities and 20% of permit applications for their companions were not approved by the time of the scheduled appointment. Also in 2022, 93% of ambulance transfers to East Jerusalem were delayed due to the ‘back-to-back’ procedure, where patients are transferred from a Palestinian to an Israeli-licensed ambulance at checkpoints due to restrictions imposed by Israeli authorities.

filister,

Ugh, not his decision, Putin’s decision. Orban is Putin’s puppet?

filister,

The most moral army …

filister,

I really wonder if this was your daughter if you would still defend the actions of Israel and say what you said.

And yes, Israel as a “lawful” country has the obligations to do everything in their power to prevent the civilian casualties and to alleviate the suffering to the global population making sure that there is a constant stream of humanitarian aid, safe zones are established within the enclave where all those people can have access to healthcare, food and water.

And please tell me which of this Israel has actually achieved, because in my books they failed at everything and launched a vendetta towards the whole population of Gaza. They have absolutely no plan for what to do after the war is over.

Heck they even killed three of their own, who were waving a white flag and were shirtless. Another mistake, right. It is all part of the game.

filister,

Oh yeah and they returned all their hostages because of their war pressure. This turned out to be such a great idea. /s

Israel is most likely complicit for some of their casualties, by bombing them, they also managed to shoot three of their own who happened to be shirtless and waving a white flag and shouting in Hebrew, and saved a single hostage. Such a magnificent successful story!

filister,

So you just proved how racism works. When the suffering of 100 Israelis > suffering of 2M + Palestinians.

filister,

Dislocated and living in hotels, having access to food, clean water, healthcare.

Shall we talk about the dislocated Gazans who are living in makeshift tents, have no food, water, electricity or access to healthcare?

Or do you want to comment out on the fact that Israeli authorities are not permitting delivery of tent poles because those poles can be used as weapons? Imagine fighting tanks with tent poles… Source: reuters.com/…/civilians-or-hamas-dual-use-issue-c…

filister,

So what’s your solution, let’s leave all Palestinians die of hunger?

And again to reiterate, Hamas might have killed a bit less than 1000 civilians, but IDF has killed 20 times more. They are also responsible for the destruction of almost half the civilian infrastructure there, the destruction of civilian homes, agricultural land, mass starvation, has created dire humanitarian catastrophe, damaged hospitals, killed paramedics, kids, manage to turn this war the deadliest for journalists in modern history, committed numerous war crimes, are investigated by the ICJ for committing genocide, etc. and you still defend them?

Shall we also mention that you managed to frustrate greatly even your closest ally the US, who is getting more annoyed with you by the day and now you are planning to attack Rafah, where more than half of the population of Gaza is sheltering, pushing them more to the abyss of despair.

And these are indisputable FACTS.

filister,

Man, you really can’t accept that you lost this argument and you keep parroting the same line.

filister,

You are making a fool of yourself.

filister,

What from what I said is unsubstantiated propaganda?

Because these are all facts that can be easily confirmed with a simple google search from sources of Reuters, AP, etc.

Saying that all the civilian casualties, destroyed infrastructure, homes, hospitals, roads are Hamas fault is the most childish and one sided thing you can say.

I think arguing with you is a waste of time, as you seem to be extremely brainwashed.

filister,

One doesn’t need to be authority to see the obvious.

After so many people proving you wrong with facts and you were only repeating the same nonsensical lines without bringing anything new to the table that would support your point.

filister, (edited )

You do realise that any humanitarian organisation needs to co-ordinate its actions with the local authorities in the territory to make sure that they can deliver the help. And in the case of Gaza this seems to be Hamas. I am sure that every non profit or humanitarian organisation that operates in Gaza has established some kind of communication with Hamas, shall we disband all of them then? Like WHO, WFP, the Red Crescent, UNICEF, …

But hey, let’s change them without any plan how or who’s going to be responsible for the humanitarian aid during an active war conflict. This is a wonderful idea!

Just because the civilians in Gaza didn’t suffer enough.

filister, (edited )

Unfounded allegations. Where is the independent proof, or are we all now believing the IDF propaganda?

This sure seems to be like the story about the Hamas headquarter under Al Shifa Hospital …wikipedia.org/…/Alleged_military_use_of_al-Shifa….

And don’t you find it a bit fishy that this comes days after the preliminary ICJ ruling, one day after which Israel started their campaign to discredit UNRWA, by stating that their employees took part in the 7th of October attack, but conveniently missed to provide any proof, neither to the UN, nor to any of their so called allies.

filister,

yt.artemislena.eu/watch?v=SVtw8PKl-CE. I haven’t seen a single report or independently verified report siding with Israel’s claim. Don’t forget that this gor reported one day after the ICJ ruling, which says that Israel should not hinder the access to humanitarian aid of Gazans, something Israel is deliberately hijacking. So knowing Israel’s history of refusing to admit their own guilt, I have my serious doubts about the credibility of these reports.

And even if true, all the UNRWA employees are vetted by Israel, and they have all been cleared by their last assessment last May, so apparently Israel also failed in their job. Heck Israel even failed to prevent 7th of October even though Mossad is believed to be one of the most capable in the world. I think it is only fair to disband Mossad too.

What about the IDF who killed three of their own hostages, who also happened to be shirtless and waving a white flag, let’s disband them too. Mind you IDF soldiers committed a lot more war crimes, who I am sure went undocumented, deliberately killing thousands of innocent civilians.
