This is most likely a Mexican long-tongue bat. It could potentially be the tube-lipped nectar bat, but they have a protruding, funnel-like bottom lip, which I’m not seeing here.

I started a keto diet because my doctor recommended limiting sugar, and I can’t do moderation. I’d rather have no carbs at all (well, 20 grams of carbs a day). There are pilot studies showing keto can be good for bipolar, so I’m kind of excited to see what it does for me. So far, so good, but I’m only 2 weeks in. Wish me luck!
That’s a bummer! Inability to concentrate is one of depression symptoms, so it’s very possible. My brain also turns to one big fart when I’m down. I hope you remember what you wanted to do!
It’s definitely not for everyone, but I did lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It’s easier than I thought it would be in terms of cravings, but I did have to buy a whole bunch of new food, and more meat, so it’s been more expensive so far.
I just had my 8-year anniversary and went to a Mediterranean restaurant to celebrate. It was so nice and so delicious! On a more serious note, I’m struggling with impulsive spending right now and need to reign myself in. Going to challenge myself to go 2 weeks without buying anything other than groceries and must-have toiletries, and hopefully after 2 weeks it will pass. Someone kill me now.
I used to have a dog that would do a handstand to poop. He would find a tree and essentially walk up the tree with his hind legs then poop. People would literally stop in the street to watch him do it. Poop would roll down his back sometimes. It was so weird. Tried to get him to change, but no.
