These days an ad blocker is required to defend one self from boomer mindsets.

Maybe it’s fake, but I like to think each and every postal worker knew where it was going and decided to let it be delivered.

It will be interesting to see how this impacts the market share lol.

Yeah, IMO the majority of people that can switch to Linux already have. The rest are locked in by software they need for their livelihood that only works on Windows. Ofc you can tell them about WINE, but that doesn’t always work very well and is outside of the comfort zone for most people (including me, who’s been using Ubuntu since 2016).

Jeeze, and look at all those vehicle bits on the shoulder.

*And 5 mile long turning lanes. Who’s idea was it to put a highway right through the town? ;-;

Funny that this is in Washington, because many of the roads in Victoria on Vancouver Island look exactly like this, retaining wall and a side walk that was installed almost as an afterthought. Maybe it’s the harsh climate of the PNW that makes everyone so dependent on cars.

Holy shit. I want one so I can go to costco and blow all the minds of the car brains.

This is one of the busiest intersections in Greater Victoria, British Columbia. Yes, it’s as awful as it looks. It also cuts in half what would have been a really great trail-rail. It’s like they just gave up.

The only reason bikes don’t work in -30 is because there isn’t infrastructure to support them and if there is it isn’t maintained properly. I was going to link examples, but it seems other people already have.
