Last night, I finished All the Rave: The Rise and Fall of Shawn Fanning's Napster. It was really good! Not only is the story of the company itself really compelling and frankly quite tragic, I also feel like I picked up on a little more historical context for the dot-com bubble. A++, would recommend

Just finished submitting a Beneficial Ownership Information Report for a registered US LLC and I've ended up with some feelings that I will now share here

1. you know, for a government website, this was shockingly easy to navigate
2. it's really refreshing that the US government has seemingly just decided, with little fanfare, to fix the fact that many registered companies are just shells designed to obscure information
