@latte Reeder is great for macOS and iOS; I have the reading preferences (font + spacing) pretty customized (https://reederapp.com)
That doesn't really solve the Windows problem; I also use Feedbin and just have Reeder pointed at my Feedbin account. Their web app is pretty good, and I wouldn't mind using it if Reeder wasn't available 🙂
