I think it’s something that you take for now but you should tell her how it made you feel eventually. Maybe turn the November thing into a great time hanging out with her still and maybe the hurt might go away before you need to tell her. I think it’s less about the dress and more about how you miss her and hanging out and also I don’t know at the same time. Take my advice with a grain of salt, for I am a simple internet stranger.
