You may have heard me refer to cnn.com as a terrible website because they have SO many trackers. But holy moly, check out the stats in my Vivaldi. Anything stand out?

Hint: 8,650,501 ads blocked on just CNN. Evil.

@mkennedy Fair point... so many perverse incentives from ad money. Even Apple cashes a big Google check every year. I've been trying Vivaldi since PyBay... but suspect the lack of Keychain integration will push me back to Safari. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@pythonbynight, @mkennedy: SQLModel looks great and is recommended for use with FastAPI. Have you used it? Do you see it as promising?

@pythonbynight @mkennedy I'm just getting started with databases... and will commit to learning SQLModel over the alternatives.

I'm a nights and weekends hobbyist who really values simplification. Kinda why I’m enjoying HTMX so much. Optimizing the return on my time is the top priority.

I hope you get the results you want from your current project... and that it makes it to your blog!
