My current status update:

  • I've run 269.8 miles for this training block so far. That's about 100 miles more than the same stage for my first marathon last year.
  • I've set a lot of personal bests lately! All of my top 5K, 5 mile, 10K, 10 mile, and Half Marathon times are from the last 30 days.
  • I've cut down on alcohol, which has helped. I've only had 4 drinks in the past 52 days and have lost about 9-10 lbs in parallel.
  • Hitting the hard part of training now! 342 miles in the next 8 weeks.
