@design_law I normally give grace to inventors on this if they're foreign (though the courts may not with Curver/Surgisil) but this has all U.S. inventors for a U.S. company.

There are a number of accused products. One of the infringement claims might have been colorable (but looks like it should probably lose on the merits).
