    @_inside @jsq I thought that’s what XProtect was for.     If I export a single large video from Photos, the only indication that something is happening is this progress indicator, which is almost invisible. I almost deleted the selected item, thinking it must be done because I expected it to be quick to export an original using APFS cloning. But for some reason it took 10 minutes to actually do anything, with a sample showing lots of time waiting for a file coordination lock.
