Yes, it is unprivileged. But the mp0 is defined in the 107.conf (107 is the containerID).

Rescuezilla can’t clone LVM’s, so i had to take clonezilla. This worked! Just rebooted from the “new” ssd and it works! I am amazed.

Not sure. I installed it from the regular usb-stick-image on a Fujitsu Esprimo Q956.

Ah, ok, i see. In the future i always have to write about the way i host the services on the proxmox. I use onlx LXC’s. Also docker is in a LXC.

Hi. Since yesterday i selfhosted all my stuff with a raspberry pi and two odroids. Everything works ok, but after i read about a few apps that are not supported by the arm-architecture of the SBCs and about the advantages of the backup-solution in proxmox, i bought a little server (6500T/8GB/250GB) to try proxmox....

Yes, that is what i am used to.

I guess headless is better for performance and i do not see an advantage at all.

Another question: Why do you have several debians-vm’s? You also could take one, right?

Selbstgehostete FOS Notizen

Guten Abend, ich suche eine selbstgehostete Alternative zu Google Notizen mit Android Client. Nextcloud Notes sah ganz vielverspechend aus, will aber keine ganze Nextcloud aufsetzen. Solche Markdown-Apps (Joplin etc.) können zwar viel, sind aber etwas fuckelig zu bedienen. Ich weiß, das sind ziemlich viele Anforderngen, aber...

+1 Joplin Ich kann gar kein Markdown und nutze das daher nicht. Ist kein Muss. Joplin ist inzwischen mein 2. Gehirn. Alles wird notiert oder dort als Aufgabe hinterlegt. Nachteil: Der Sync mit Nextcloud war lahm. Seit dem Umzug zu einem webdav-Server ist es wieselschnell. Und die mobilen Clients haben leider keine Plugins und sind daher etwas beschnitten.

I am also - and always will be - a joplin-user and thought about outsourcing the tasks/todos. Was looking for selfhostable, opensource alternative with a mobile app (iOS) but it was harder to find sth than i expected.

These were my candidates:

SiYuan -> selfhosting does not work with apps (web only)

Anytype -> did not get the server to run (there are a lot of variables in the dockercompose.yaml und .env)

Affine -> there are no mobile apps at the moment

Logseq -> no selfhosting

Now i try to get Appflowy to run on my server: github.com/AppFlowy-IO/…/DEPLOYMENT.md

BTT: For shoppinglist i use kitchenowl, for collaboration mostly nextcloud.

What do i have to do to copy the mails from 2023? I (think I) have no access to the old mailserver but i have all the copies in my thunderbird.

I am a little bit disappointed. I have three accounts to separate different kind of work and private stuff. So I have to work with folders and rules?

  1. I did not see the + to import mails but this would not work either because the old mailservers do not work anymore.

1: Seems too late in my case. I yet edited the DNS-configuration so i do not have access to the old servers.

I am ok with the mail-app.

You are right: Tested to drag an old mail in thunderbird from the old account to the new icloud-account and it worked! Also works in the apple-mail-app but i do not have a mac, so it is easier in thunderbird in my case.

It is almost a fresh armbian. I just installed omv, docker, portainer and nextcloud (docker). Yes, my plan was to move to the nextcloud in yunohost, if i like it.
