@autoerot1ca Let's say that my feelings of miserable are my feelings alone, something has "change" or "improve" for me to see otherwise. Things that have to "change" or "improve" are either the things that happen around me or to me, OR my own mindset has to "change" or "improve".

So technically "improving myself" is all driven by me either changing my location/circumstances, or changing my mentality and how I see life happening around me.

    I am thinking that I need to come back here. Some other places I have been in the last few weeks/months have been a little toxic for me & my mental health.

    I think I need to work on my mental health health some more, maybe consider meditation of some form, and look at investigating some philosophy to get a better understanding of why we are here.
