Yeah, if I test my software all is good as well. As soon as the customer does something, he finds bugs, because I didn’t thought about that situation.

As the drug user in the end isn’t qualified enough, they should exactly test like that and not just what they think is right

But maybe my analogy isn’t completely working in that case…

Well, a bit maybe, yes

But most annoying is the swipe detection, which feels much more stubborn
English is quite ok, but else… Especially mixed languages don’t work well, and I’m always having to switch between German and English

Thanks, I do get the basics. I would like to know, what technically needs to be done and what the real challenges are, to make to grid more flexible.
“Updating hardware” is not the in depth answer I was looking for ;-)

I’d really like to know what really needs to be done on the grid to support a multitude of small local power producers.
My electrical knowledge isn’t up to the task and I’m not sure, if there are real technical limits/issues, or if it’s just a money problem to update/gix the grid

Heroin withdrawal is shit, but compared to alcohol or benzos it’s at least not deadly. Also opiates are not hard on the body.

The problem with opiates is mostly getting clean ones - and the money for it.

In Switzerland they have a program, where they hand clean heroin to addicts and with a safe clean supply they can work, get a grip on their life again, and they start to reduce the dosage themselves after some time.

The social stigma and the idea to punish someone out of addiction is obviously bullshit.
People usually self medicate because of problems. So solving those problems is the right approach and not just taking away the crutch.

Also the state is losing quite some money with the prohibition - on multiple fronts
