Chennaveera Kanavi (28 June 1928 – 16 February 2022) was an Indian Kannada language poet and author. In a career spanning over seven decades he wrote over 25 anthologies and over 28 books across genres. He was considered one of the major poets and writers in the Kannada language and received the Sahitya Akademi Award for his poem "Jeeva Dhwani" (lit. She began her career as a lecturer at M.E.S. College and continued her service there until her retirement. She earned her Ph.D. for her thesis titled "Geetanatakas in Kannada: A Study.". She has received various prestigious awards during her career.

She also contributed to radio and television with her speeches, writings, reviews, and discussions.

Lithograph’s from 1860AD - we scanned these exactly a year ago. Owner of these Sri GSS Murthy visited our scanning facility with his wife and was amazed to see things we are doing around initiatives here in India. He came back with few more rare Telugu manuscripts. We will be sharing them shortly. @carlmalamud @internetarchive @creativecommons

dreaming of a Cat Bus....

How about adding a tiny urban autonomous e-bus that would go down "slow streets" or on commercial streets in a hop-on/hop-off way.

like seen in india, philippines, mexico, cuba, San Francisco cable cars but with new tech and smaller (golf cart-ish)

At 20mph and convenient this would not replace bus/taxi/bike/subway... just add new option.

maybe free to hop-on hop-off?

maybe like this gem-e but with the seats facing out and autonomous?
