Something that ticks me off to no end is how arbitrary wait lists for trans people to get HRT are.

The medication we get is the exact same that cis people get - Do women in their menopause have to wait 10 years for a simple patch or pill that will make their life easier? Do men with hypogonadism have to go through years of waiting to get testosterone supplements?

So why should we? Fuck the NHS and fuck every other medical system that withholds essential treatment from trans people for no reason other than hate.

If you need to, go DIY - It's easy.

if you book a flight with spirit airlines and your gender on your ID is X, then don't try and take any checked baggage, they will refuse and say your ID is invalid/doesn't match your ticket (and it's not possible for it to ever match the ticket, because spirit doesn't support booking with an x)
