I am setting up a new modlist, and testing as I go along. Last mod I installed was The Great City of Winterhold (which is great BTW) but when running around it, I noticed a few naked NPCs....
So they DO have items in their inventory, just not equipping it. Not just armour, weapons also. I thought it could be AI overhaul, so I ran the synthesis Patcher as a test, and that didn’t fix it.
Yeah I guess I do need to do that. Thing is, I haven’t added any new Armor or Clothing mods yet, I leave those to the end of the process when making a list.
Binary search it is. Jeeze. I have been adding mods like crazy since the Christmas break, I am assuming it started sometime around then. Oh well.

I still see people mentioning game crashes that they cant diagnose. Get this tool. It is invaluable in hunting down which mod(s) are causing instability. I can now have multi - hour play sessions WITHOUT A SINGLE CRASH - something i never thought possible.
I have trouble getting Blade and Blunt to work. Even if I disable all mods except this one and its requirements, skyrim crashes before i get the main menu. I can’t find anything else online. I use GOG’s skyrim and MO2. Any help or advice is appreciated....
Yeah. Same boat. I spent 6 months building my last mod list, playes it for 2 months, then found some new mods that looked great and found out i didn’t like some of my original choices, and have been building a new modlist for the last four months. Testing and patching as I go.
The good thing about EasyNPC is, after you do it once and figure out how it works, it gets faster and easier.

Apparently there is a lot more to it than that? The mod author was allegedly creeping on younger women, there are audio files of this on the reddit skyrimmods post about this.
I cant be arsed with drama, dont know or interact with anyone involved, haven’t listened to the audio files posted as ‘evidence’, nor do i use rhe mod… Only posting here so that a fuller picture is provided.
All that said, if the allegations are true, and the mod author is trying to use actual issues like transphobia and homophobia to cover his own shittiness, then i’d say some Internet pitchforks are more than warranted.

Armors of the Velothi 1 and 2 - really anything by pulcharma - i dont knownhow to spell his name - is great
My hack is to look for SPID mods that distribute armors to NPCs. RMB and QND distributions are highly recommended, and a great way to find new armor packs!
Mods are less to do with your level as a player, more to do with how you want to change the game? I.e. Do you want it to be more balanced, do you want a better and more immersive RPG experience, do you want combat and gameplay like Assassin's Creed or Sekiro or Elden Ring, do you want it to be slightly more sexualised or a fully featured adult / sex modded game, do you want next gen graphics, do you want bugfixes and quality of life stuff, etc etc.
