They can’t make $3 billion in F-35 fighter jets we’re selling them, and who else will sell to them? Russia? Unlikely, they’re too involved in Syria for that. China? Too involved with Iran. The EU? I could see Germany going for it, but sentiments are turning against Israel there and I don’t see that being viable long term.

It’s cut and dry. Biden could stop selling them weapons and, more importantly, stop protecting them from their neighbors. Imagine if Ansar Allah could enforce the Red Sea blockade with impunity because the US told Israel “you’re on your own lol” and they couldn’t get anything imported as long as the blockade persisted.

You have convinced yourself that nothing can be done and use that as an excuse to support Biden’s unlimited support for Israel. That’s just a cope. The truth is, this is the US’s fault.

It’s not 1967. Back then Israel was a modern army fighting people on horseback (okay fine that’s an exaggeration, but not much of one! the gap was way bigger back then). This is a totally different era of warfare.

Also? Everyone is drafted into the military at 18 just becomes an officer by 21, it’s a joke army and that’s why Hamas keeps smoking their tanks to post on TikToc. You are actually vastly overestimating Israel’s capabilities, which has been an international propaganda effort by Israel to portray themselves as an unsinkable aircraft carrier. That’s why they’re turning Gaza into a mass grave. Hamas humiliated them and now they need to show they world that they are strong and in control.

The truth is that Israel would not be able to fight a war on multiple fronts after having already fought in Gaza for eight months. The 21st century is a different battlefield.

You’re the one saying Israel is an indestructible titan that can fight all of its enemies at once after being bogged down in war for 8 months. Cut off the US supply of bombs and they’d run out in weeks. Let Ansar Allah blockade their trade in the Red Sea and they’d be unable to be resupplied by anyone else - if they could even find anyone else! You still failed to actually name someone that’d be willing to arm Israel. They’d waste all their ammo and be left with nothing to do genocide or defend themselves.

Now of course we should do more. There should be sanctions on Israel and we should demand they return everything the US has ever sold them, and bomb them if the refuse to comply, but ending US support would go a long way to ending the genocide and you need to reconcile with this. Israel just couldn’t get away with this without a superpower behind them.

but asking them to stop won’t work, and stopping arms supply won’t work…. so, either diplomacy or forcefully stopping them is required… at this point i think the U.N. should forcefully invade Israel.

You are leaving out the third and probably most important part, that Brandon (why don’t you mock him? he doesn’t deserve to be taken seriously!) should stop protecting Israel from its neighbors.

Without the US as a threat so you think Egypt would cooperate with Israel? Do you think Iran would be content to just watch and do nothing? Do you think Hezbollah would merely launch rockets and do nothing? The Red Sea would become unusable for Israel and they’d lose all access to trade through ports. Do you think they’d be able to use the Red Sea to ship in the weapons they try to buy from somewhere else (again, where else? India? )

Israel couldn’t keep up the genocide without US backing and you need to recognize this. We are complicit. This is Biden’s genocide.

No country can provide as much military aid as the US, we’re number one in the world. This is just divorced from material reality.

They’re not invincible demons fueled by blood. It’s just a relatively small country. They would never survive launching nukes.

Without US support the bombing would stop, but more importantly, all of Israel’s neighborhoods would be empowered to step in.

The US attacks the Houthis to protect Israel’s economy. What happens if the US declares they will no longer protect Israel?

I’m paying off a trailer still so I won’t be able to move it, and my resume is dogshit. Also all my family are in red states so that’s not an option.

But the biggest problem is I’ll have to get out of here fast if they decide to restrict my access to hormones. I will not be detransitioned. By any means necessary.

You’re saying “vote for my guy or else” and then acting like it’s my fault hostage takers are going to execute me.

But also, that’s complicated by the fact that America is a blight on the world. The world would literally be better off if this shit hole declines because it can’t fuck with everyone else in the world anymore.

Israel, for instance, wouldn’t be able to do genocide if the US was no longer able to provide weapons and protection.

Wrong. Both candidates will do genocide. They aren’t just letting it happen. This is active participation.

The main difference is the one that will fuck everything else up will fuck up the genocide too, because he’s horrible for the US’s international relationships. It’d be a lot easier for the ICC and ICJ to do their jobs if the US alienated all of Israel’s other support.

Even better, blue-no-matter-who’s would join the campus occupation instead of siding with the cops cracking down on them.

There might not even be any Palestinians alive in Gaza by the election if Biden doesn’t stop this genocide, and if he doesn’t stop it is your fault. You are undoing the work of all those campus occupiers that are being beaten and arrested. If you don’t force Biden to stop there won’t be anyone left for Trump to kill.

Well yeah, Biden is violating our treaties and international law with his latest asylum restrictions. One consequence will be families separating themselves so that their children will have better luck as unaccompanied minors, because the same restrictions don’t apply to them. This is really nasty shit.

He cares more about appealing to Trump’s base than his own.
