couple days ago malaysian friend sent a message like "hey, my $relative is going back to the uk, and they are wondering what weird malaysian snacks to bring back. I feel like you are the best person to ask this"

@rin I once had to use matlab for a biomechanics assignment but decided to use octave instead, of course I spent most of my time rewriting a library from specs instead of actually doing the assignment ¯_(ツ)_/¯
ordered noodles and the options for size were S and B. first time I've seen B, so assumed it stands for "biasa" (normal). the person asked me like 5 times "do you want the small size?" and every time I just replied biasa, making her more confused.
later realized B probably stood for besar (big) :ARU:
