Like they seem like posers to me because nobody actually in the industry of cyber security and penatration testing gives two shits about either of these OS'. I mean like some of them might but nobody is really taking these shits too seriously. It just feels like people grasping at straws and who have too much time on their hands.

Like the security community frequently gets into slap fights with foss community because security is more than user freedom or some shit, and then the security communities get into fights with itself because there are multiple trains of thought regarding security and theirs' is definately the right one and instead of recognizing that, everyone has different priorities and different use cases.

I'm glad I got out of cybersec because I've heard defcon and the like have gotten fractured because of covid lockdowns, and the hacker community is just cancerous as shit now.
