So I think today was a wake call for management. For the first time higher ups realize they can no longer ask the impossible of me. They have been paying closer attention to me as I walk them through the process.

In the past month I've been escalated ~400 times, and they now see the work load I have. They also see they cannot steal resources from me and expect me to just balance things the next day. They are burning cash now, and it only took 2 months of deadlock for them to realize their ship is sinking.
