Are there any #mmorpg left where grouping up is mandatory and characters are usually heavily specialized? I really want to play something where can't just solo the game and ignore the other players (while cursing that they are stealing my spawns), but where each player has their own "niche" character that is useful in some more or less unique way.
For example healers being actual healers and not "dps-lite with self sustain". And absolutely no "the optimal way to play the game is to play a solo dps" bullshit. And guilds having more specialist crafters instead of omni-crafters who no-life every profession.
I do not mind dated or 2D graphics or other yank. I do want some players obviously, as little mtx as possible (but I'm fine ignoring it) and the focus being on the "overworld"/actual adventuring instead of being a lobby based dungeon runner. I love grinding and low exp rates, because I like leveling way more than any endgame. There is no need for voice acting or other fancy stuff like that. I am perfectly happy using my imagination and reading text boxes.
After a month or so with my second monitor, I have to point out one thing. It's perfectly fine to have silence. There doesn't have to be always something playing on your computer or trying to maximize the endorphins with the second screen.
I think I will cut down on my twitch stream usage and focus more on having silence regularly to relax.
My biggest gripe with #GenshinImpact is the fact can't level up characters or talents just by playing the game. I got so many characters around 50-70 levels and my content is lvl90. So I can't use most of my waifus, because grinding them up to 80-90 is so boring/much work.
Not that big of a deal I suppose. If I'd be a pro player it probably takes only a day or two to max a character, but meh... It's just so repetitive due to having to grind specific bosses/instances.

A Norwegian power company done fucked up and "sold" imaginary electricity to Finland which plummeted our energy prices to -50c/kWh. Been funny to read how people are burning electricity just for fun. Like keep ovens on full heat, heat up a sauna and not even go there and all other bullshit reasons just to save 0-10 euros on power bill.
