Yep, no more rubber bands. I had to find a better way.

It isn’t TPU although that would have been a good idea if I had any. It is PETG. The tools don’t fall out if you turn it upside down because they sit nice and snug in there. So far they’ve stayed in the case while in my pocket, even when turned upside down.

Yes, I'm a machinist and it comes in handy quite often. Things like gently tapping parts into fixtures, prying collets from machines, etc...

I was thinking about automating some little things around the house with 3D printed mechanisms and raspberry pis, such as opening the blinds automatically at a certain time. I would have to design and 3d print the mechanism to make it work. Just an idea.

I also have bipolar, and use this to track my mood. The macro pad that I used is from Aliexpress and lets you program each button to act out a series of keystrokes. I made an AutoHotkey script that converts those keystrokes to a mood rating link, which I keep track with Obsidian (a markdown text editor/knowledge management system).
